By accessing or using the WizeComply website and compliance and training platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.

To access certain features you must create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for any use of your account.

Paid plans and individual course purchases are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with notice.

The Service, including course content, software, trademarks and design, is owned by WizeComply or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our permission.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate the rights of others.

The Service and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Training content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizeComply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
